Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, meet your guide, and transfer to your hotel. Briefing on your cultural and wildlife adventure.
Day 1
Arusha - Maasai Village & Tarangire
Visit a Maasai village to experience authentic Maasai culture, traditions, and way of life. Afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park.
Day 2
Tarangire - Serengeti
Full day game drive in Tarangire, then drive to Serengeti National Park. Afternoon game drive upon arrival at Serengeti.
Day 3
Serengeti Game Drives
Full day exploring the vast Serengeti plains. Morning and afternoon game drives searching for lions, leopards, elephants, and the Great Migration.
Day 4
Serengeti - Walking Safari
Full day game drives continue. Optional walking safari with Maasai guide to experience the wildlife and landscape up close.
Day 5
Serengeti - Ngorongoro
Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Game drive en route. Overnight at crater rim lodge with magnificent sunset views.
Day 6
Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Descend into the crater for a full day safari. Spot the Big Five including the black rhino. Picnic lunch within the crater.
Day 7
Maasai Cultural Experience
Visit another Maasai community to deepen your understanding of their culture. Participate in traditional dances and learn about their customs and traditions.
Day 8
Cultural Activities & Karatu
Continue cultural immersion or optional activities. Drive to Karatu for evening relaxation.
